We purchased a large dog wheel chair for our Golden Retriever. Product was nice. After assembly, the wheel spread was to large for our door ways. I returned it and was charge a 20% restocking fee and $13.00 for opened packages. I call and spoke to Jennifer in CS. Informed her I understand about restocking, but I though that was a little steep. She said she can transfer me to returns and discuss it with them. Transferred and phone call dropped, hmmm. Purchase price $414.00, return amount $309.00 (have to wait 2 billing cycles???) for money. Seems like a little much. Does include that $56.00 spent on USPS to return product. Oh and my dog still can't walk. Building her a wheel chair my self. Lost sale. lost customer.

Truly a great company who's products improve the quality of pets with special needs.

Really really helpful at fitting my little guy

We ordered a brace for our dog that caused a rubbing wound that bled only after a few minutes of use. We ordered a different model, thinking that might work better for him, but it did the same thing. The metal edge was not properly cushioned. My husband is an amputee himself, so he has years of experience with similar things and managed to come up with a cushion that works, but it's still a design flaw. We called to tell them about it, and were met with a very rude person who was only interested in telling us we couldn't get our money back or exchange it because it was too far past the time we purchased it. WE DIDN'T CALL TO RETURN IT -- WE CALLED TO INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEM. They just didn't care and were awful to deal with. Funny that the hold message touted nothing but how much they care .... they don't.

wish i could leave no stars -I am disgusted with this business - returned my dog wheelchair in less then a week put it on my dog he did not even move packed it back up and they would not refund me my money claiming my the wheelchair was "scratched and broken" which is a complete lie - do not purchase from these site.
