This location needs to be checked by corporate and their guidelines need to be changed immediately. I had a defective item I wanted to return, that was defective right out the box within 3 days(one item over hundreds I purchased). I was lectured on how I should have gotten the extended warranty and made it a painful return... Seriously?
That being said the store and items are not the main problems.
I made the mistake to ask James if a coupon applied to a specific item before... WOW, You should have heard and seen the way this guy answered me, totally inappropriate. So much so that another customer approached me in the parking lot to say that it was totally uncalled for and this is NOT the first time this happened at this location and he also got yelled at before. So this is NOT normal. I am a very polite type of person and I know how to talk to people in a civil manner, apparently, this location does not operate like the other stores I have been to.
There are some special tools that you need but will only use occasionally and this is a great place for that
Some employees at this store act like they are in a high-stress environment and have a hard time to deal with VERY SIMPLE transactions without harassing the customer and making it very awkward. I now have to drive all the way to the next store because I don't want to deal with these people anymore. Mainly JAMES AND ROB.
I shop here very often, I like Harbor Freight. Even though everything is made in china and of very low quality, it is cheap and ok for the $ value.
BE RESPECTFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! RESPECT THEIR DECISIONS AND THEIR PRIVATE LIFE!!! STOP THE BAD ATTITUDE! Especially people like me that bought several thousand at this location alone. All that over phone numbers and customer service... Pathetic.
Great prices but only certain things you can buy I bought a grinder and it burned out in three hours of using like I say they have good stuff but be careful when getting electric tools other then that great place to shop

This is a great place for what it is. That is to say, very good price on tools and equipment. You realize going in that it's not top quality.
I have been given a really bad attitude several times randomly and sometimes because I brought in coupons (they really dislike scanning discount coupons from their own company/catalog for some weird reason), they really act like they DO NOT need your business at all and you are bothering them.

At this location EXPECT to be harassed by the employees like Rob and especially James the manager. When comes check out time it's ALWAYS a huge ordeal and hassle to pay for your items, I seriously hate that. James, Rob, and others harass you about getting your phone number and private information to receive coupons and whatever tracking they put on you/your purchases. How hard is it to give good service and not harass the customer? 1 Star rating is way too good of a rating for this location.
