Two years ago I brought in my pool cleaner, which I did not buy there, because it was not working. The guy who worked on it, fixed it, but when I got it back in the pool, it died after 10 minutes. I brought it back and he fixed it again, saying it was a defective part. I was skeptical. However, he did repair it and it has been working ever since. He was patient, honest and very fair on the repair costs and he rushed the repair for me. I am very happy with their service. I wish I could remember his name.
Worst store ever....who doesn't accept cash????? Used debit card.... Matt was no help..... zero customer service skills or product information even after I told him the brand name of patio furniture, he insisted he was right....he was WRONG. I called when I got home and...Caroline informed me that store credit was only policy. I will NEVER buy from here again.
Knowledgeable on all things pool and spa. Lot of choices on patio furniture, as well as pool tables, etc. They do water testing also
I have shopped at this store (including before their current location) for eighteen years for my pool needs. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are fair. I highly recommend them, especially to new pool owners.
